CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS


If you need to cancel your order after placement, please email Support Services at customerservice@fanmats.com within 24 hours. The term “Cancellation” must be in the subject line of the email and the order number or PO must be included in the email. SLS can not guarantee your order will be canceled if you do not email Support Services within 24 hours.

Sports Licensing Solutions accepts returns only in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping errors for up to 1 year after delivery. Sports Licensing Solutions does not authorize returns for buyer’s remorse or other reasons. Before returning any merchandise to Sports Licensing Solutions you must contact our Support Services department to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA#). Shipments without a valid RGA# will be refused by Sports Licensing Solutions and returned to the sender. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packed in original packaging.

Credits are processed within 30 days of receipt of the return shipment by Sports Licensing Solutions.

 

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

SPORTS LICESNING SOLUTIONS, “the maker of Fanmats” products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SPORTS LICESNING SOLUTIONS AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

 


RESELLER ACCOUNTS

All claims regarding shipments should be made in writing within five (5) business days of receipt. This includes but not limited to shortages, damages, or shipping errors. All sales are final.

 



REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Sports Licensing Solutions will replace damaged or defective Products and refund your shipping costs as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. That you email Sports Licensing Solutions Support Services and obtain authorization to return.
  2. All instructions given by Support Services are followed.
  3. The packing slip is included with the package

Standard production lead time applies for replacement products

If the order contains only Flashlights, Emblems, Headrest Covers, License Plate Frames, Decals, Air Fresheners, lip balm, sunscreen or Bottle Openers, and if the total order amount is less than $20, then the following rates will be effective:

Due to higher shipping weight, a freight charge of $1.00/set or piece will be applied to vinyl car mats, vinyl door mats , vinyl cargo mats, deluxe mats, motorcycle mats, golf hitting mats, and tool boxes.

 

 

Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses can only be made via USPS.  We cannot use FedEx or UPS for these shipments.  If you have a FedEx or UPS shipper account and send us an order with a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address we will use USPS for the shipment and bill you for the respective freight amount as per the above rates.  APO and FPO address have an additional surcharge of $20 per order.  P.O. Boxes have an additional surcharge of $10 per order.  Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico have an additional surcharge of $20 per order.  SLS reserves the right to change product prices and freight charges at its sole discretion without notice. 



Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

To better help our customers plan when to place orders and when to expect to receive Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday orders, we are providing the Guidelines below. Always keep in mind that we can never guarantee you will receive your order by a set date. Unplanned Supplier, Production, Weather and Shipping delays can all cause unexpected order delays. We encourage you to place your orders as early as possible to ensure that you receive them when needed.

Sports Licensing Solutions (SLS) will be closed and no shipments will be made on the following days in 2023: 

  1.        All Saturdays and Sundays
  2.        Memorial Day: Monday May 29
  3.        Independence Day: Tuesday, July 4
  4.        Labor Day: Monday September 4
  5.        Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 23 & Friday, November 24
  6.        Christmas: Monday, December 25
  7.        New Year's Day: Monday, January 1, 2024

 

Guidelines for Black Friday Deliveries: Orders received by 5:00 pm on the following days should be delivered on November 23 or sooner:

  1. FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS:
    1. Quick-ship products: November 9
    2. Regular products: October 31

  2.  FedEx, UPS 2-Day, USPS Priority Mail:
    1. Quick-ship products: November 15
    2. Regular products: November 9

  3. FedEx, UPS Overnight, USPS Express Mail
    1.  Quick-ship products: November 16
    2. Regular products: November 10

 

Guidelines for Christmas Holiday Deliveries: Orders received by 5:00 pm on the following days should be delivered on December 23 or sooner:

  1. FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS:
    1. Regular products: November 30
    2. Quick-ship products: December 7

  2.  FedEx, UPS 2-Day, USPS Priority Mail:
    1. Regular products: December 8
    2. Quick-ship products: December 14

  3.  FedEx or UPS Overnight:
    1. Quick-Ship products: December 15

 

Notes:

  1. We experience our highest volumes of orders at the end of the calendar year and regularly operate at maximum production capacity. Lead times during this period may exceed our normal 7-10 days.
  2. The above order cutoff dates are provided as a guideline only and are not a guarantee that orders will arrive by the indicated holiday. We encourage customers to place their holiday orders as soon as possible to allow for delays due to high production volumes, supplier shortages and/or shipping delays caused by shipping companies.
  3. Orders must be received by 5:00 pm on the indicated cut-off days. We are unable to allow any changes or modifications to orders once they have been entered without resetting the order date, which may cause the order to miss the cutoff date.
  4. Cancellation of holiday orders is allowed within 24 hours of receipt of the order, provided the order has not yet shipped. All cancellations must be submitted via email with “Cancellation” written in the subject of the email.
  5. Orders shipped via SLS will be shipped via FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, Smart Post or USPS (no Saturday delivery). Unfortunately we are not able to offer upgraded shipping services for orders shipped via our FedEx account.

 

Lead times and cutoff times are for internal shipping times for SLS (from order receipt to shipping). SLS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
