Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your fanmats.com purchase for any reason, we gladly accept returns for 60 days from the date of receipt. 

A refund of the original purchase amount will be issued to the card used for payment. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded. Products must be unused with the tags still intact.

Please note, masks and personalized products are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded after the order has been placed. FanMats does not cover any return shipping costs. 

If you received a gift purchased on fanmats.com and would like to return the item, a fanmats.com gift card can be issued for the original purchase amount with proof of purchase.

If you would like to return a FanMats product purchased from a different retailer, their return policy applies. If you have questions, please contact them directly for more information.

Promotions cannot be combined with other codes or applied to previous orders. Coupons and discount codes apply to in-stock merchandise only and cannot be applied to previous orders. Price adjustments cannot be requested once an order is placed. Coupons and discount codes do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges or other fees. Promotions may have a firm start date and end date. Discount codes and promotion pricing are only valid during the published set dates. Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order. Coupons and discount codes may or may not apply to sale items. For example, "20% off a Full Price item" offers do not apply to sale items. Additional exclusions may apply when coupons are limited to specific types of products.
