All fanmats.com orders are fulfilled from our warehouse locations in the Southeastern United States. Our typical processing time is 3-7 business days. Processing time does not apply to pre-order items. We ship via UPS once an order is processed. Generally, the time in transit to any US location, once it leaves our hands, is 5 days or less.
Please note, once UPS takes possession of a package and movement has begun delays may occur outside of our control. If there is no new movement within 7 days after they take possession we will file a claim with them and reship the order if inventory is still available.
You can update the address provided on your order or cancel an order by emailing customerservice@logobrands.com for any order that has not yet been shipped. Orders can't be changed or canceled once they have entered the shipping process.
What does Label Created mean?
- If your order is showing "label created" this means that our warehouse team has started processing your order and loaded it onto a delivery truck, but the carrier has not unloaded it off of the truck at a delivery hub. Many carrier facilities are experiencing a backlog of scanning packages. There may not be any tracking for you to check on until your package has been sorted and scanned by the carrier or is out for delivery. If the carrier loses or damages your package, our team will file a claim and ship a replacement or refund you the cost of your order.
Why do I have a tracking number but my order shows no movement?
- In order for our warehouse team to begin processing an order, a shipping label and tracking number must be generated. Once our warehouse team receives the label, they then go to pull the item for it to be shipped. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of an update within the tracking link once the package is checked in to UPS.
Why did I get an email that my shipment was canceled, but never received a refund or order cancellation?
- Since our warehouse team has to generate a shipping label and tracking number in order for your order to be processed, there are various reasons why we may have to create a new shipment. In that case, a new shipping label and tracking number will be created, causing us to cancel the original shipment. Once that is done, our team does our best to go back into an order and update with your new tracking information, but sometimes you will catch that before we do! You are always welcome to email customerservice@logobrands.com and our team would be happy to assist you in receiving your new tracking information.

What does it mean if I have only received an order confirmation?
- Nothing to worry about here! An order confirmation means that your order has been processed into our system and that we are working to process and ship it in the future.
What if I have not received an order or shipping confirmation?
- Make sure you've searched your spam/junk or promotional folder as the confirmation could have landed there. You can add us to your contacts or mark us as "safe" too so that you will not miss any communication from us in the future. If you still cannot find the confirmation after searching these locations, please reach out to customerservice@logobrands.com and describe your situation to us.
